Biblical Womanhood in the Home

If you are wanting to join the book study - Welcome! I am so excited that we are going to begin soon. We will be taking our time as we read Nancy Leigh DeMoss' book, Biblical Womanhood in the Home. I will admit that I have not yet read this in full, but have read Lies Women Believe, and highly value the insight that Nancy brings to women.

In her introduction Nancy states, "It should come as no huge surprise that the secular world is confused and off-base about the identity and calling of women. But what I find distressing is the extent to which the [feminist] revolution ... has taken hold even within the evangelical world."

This book is sure to be a great source of inspiration and revival as we learn together about God's design for women. We will be filled with "rich hope and excitement" in the fact that our femininity is no accident and is a great honor and responsibility.

Our book study will officially begin next Sunday and will be open for discussion on Monday February 2nd. Looking forward to growing with you.

Landon's first day of Basketball was today. He had so much fun. (Yes that was the best smile I could get from him)

I love seeing that pure JOY on my kids' faces! Can't wait for the first game!

The Best Day Ever

Seriously, second only to the day Jeff and I were married and the births of my children, today was the best day ever. I think I had just as much fun watching Jayelyn's first ballet class as she did dancing. :)

Book Study - Starting Feb 1.

While in California my little girl turned 3. So Auntie Coley took her to Libby Lu for a Fairy Makeover and then we went to build-a-bear with brother.
