Dad wanted to try to float down the most rapid part we could find. Needless to say he had a blast, but came home slightly injured. :)
..........Hope in the LORD; For with the LORD there is lovingkindness, And with Him is abundant redemption. ~Psalm 130:7
Jeff suggested I take a picture of this sandwich before we ate it because it looked so good.
He finished it saying it was the best sandwich he had ever eaten!
(That is a large dinner plate that this sandwich is sitting on, so it was a big one. I had a wedge, Jeff ate that half! )

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons chopped pecans
1 tablespoon honey

"Who among you is wise and understanding? Let him show by his good behavior his deeds in the gentleness of wisdom. But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your heart, do not be arrogant and so lie against the truth. This wisdom is not that which comes down from above, but is earthly, natural, demonic. For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil thing. But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, without hypocrisy. And the seed whose fruit is righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. "
James 3:13-18
Well, school started last month and both L and J are gone for most of the day. So my afternoons are spent with this little monster man. I love him so much :)
